Account Manager, Ad Sales(Austin, TX)

About this role:Atmosphere is looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager that will provide our Local / Regional Sales and Ad Operations teams with unparalleled support. This position will play a critical role in the success of the organization s revenue growth initiatives as the primary, cross-functional point-of-contact for campaign planning, processing and execution.

The ideal person is very organized, able to shift priorities quickly, agile, technically gifted, and has an amazingly positive attitude!

This position is based in Austin, TX, and will report to the Vice President of Local & Regional advertising Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
! Provide technical and organizational support across Local / Regional Advertising Sales Team in collaboration with Advertising Operations (AdOps) team
! Provide pre-sales support (requesting advertising inventory avails, creating geo-targeted maps, building out media plans, etc) for key prospects and sales opps
! Build and manage orders for the Local / Regional Advertising Sales team in Order Management System (OMS - currently Boostr) and Project Management Software (Basecamp, Asana, or other)
! Collaborate with clients, Account Executives, Brand Strategy team to collect necessary assets for campaign activation
! Communicate with Account Executives on all key issues associated with their campaigns (i.e. timelines, assets, reporting, change requests, etc.)
! Collaborate with the Advertising Operations team to collect, QA, and distribute required assets and info for upcoming and live campaigns
! Prepare and review campaign reporting and distribute to clients on regular basis
! Work with our internal accounting team to manage client billing

REQUIREMENTS
! Sales support experience with a heavy focus in digital marketing
! Deep understanding of online advertising, strategy and analytics
! Excellent multi-tasker and well-organized
! Strong verbal and written communication skills
! Experience with CRMs and OMS such as Operative.One, Boostr, or SalesForce
! Experience with Project Management software (such as Asana) is a plus
! Experience with ad servers (such as GAM, Vistar or LKQD) preferred but not required
! Microsoft Excel Mastery
! Problem-solving and process design skills are a plus
