Pay for the high performers, OTE including Base, Commission, and Bonuses combined can be $350,000 (uncapped) CHIVE TV & Atmosphere are the first-ever content programming platforms designed specifically for viewership outside of home. With 70% of our waking hours spent out of home, up 50% over the last two decades, Chive Media Group created a unique video strategy that entertains audiences where they are spending their time. With family-friendly channels like CHIVE TV, Happy TV, Motiv8 TV, and more, brands are quickly recognizing that this innovative platform is an extremely impactful and cost-effective way to reach as audience. This position will be based in Los Angeles and will report to the VP of Sales. 5 REASONS YOU WONT WANT TO WORK HERE You prefer a quiet, sequestered environment Youre content in every way You think money is evil You prefer research over action You like to call it a day by 5pm 5 REASONS YOU WILL WANT TO WORK HERE Youre as self-competitive as we are We believe the best rewards are well earned Weekly market changes and challenges drive you to be better You are also a high performer outside work You prefer high-risk high-return Job Description • Set consistent meetings with C-Suite level employees at top tier brands, evangelizing our offering and strategizing how best the brand should buy with Chive Media Group • Infuse your brand, digital and innovation experience into how we approach new briefs, and how we help find solutions for our clients business • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketplace trends, technologies, and developments • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and renew accounts • Be a leader for the East Coast team and help them drive real momentum in the marketplace • Maintain a deep understanding of all of CMGs products, programs, partnerships, and slate • Use data analysis to boost the narrative • Manage RFP prioritization to weed out time wasters vs value added relationships • Drive pro-active outreach while collaborating with your sales support team • Keep CRM single source of truth for all tracking • Distill front-line client feedback into recommendations for sales & marketing leadership Requirements • Closes business above quota, consistently • Must be a phenomenal initiator, great at opening doors and building trust with senior team leaders and decision makers.
