ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, DISTRIBUTION SALES - ATMOSPHERE (Austin, TX) About Atmosphere: Atmosphere is a first-of-its-kind OTT streaming platform for businesses, offering original, owned and operated ambient TV channels. The platform has been built from the ground up with proprietary content, technology and data to deliver unparalleled experiences for businesses, consumers and advertisers. The platform also provides a digital signage feature for businesses to run their house promotions within the content. The business was incubated under Chive Media Group and spun out in early 2019. About this Role: As our Account Executive, Distribution Sales, you will join our small and highly successful sales organization in Austin, Texas. The Account Executive, Distribution Sales, will represent all Atmosphere products and services to prospective clients. The prospects will include SMB/MM & Enterprise companies across all industry segments. You will focus on building a pipeline of qualified opportunities and closing business to help fuel our business. Marketing will hand deliver some leads but hunting opportunities for yourself is a major part of the job. Bring your rolodex and a passion for outreach. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting into his/her territory/account list, qualifying opportunities, designing solutions to help solve business problems, pricing, negotiating and closing business. You’ll be responsible for providing input regarding prospects’ needs and market/competitive trends. The ultimate measure of success for this position is winning new business. This business moves fast, so you will need to be comfortable in an early stage startup where challenges appear daily. You will shift between sales initiatives, product sessions, marketing discussions and operational improvement sessions. You will learn to understand our target customers and work on creating compelling sales offerings. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and Operations. Responsibilities:
! Exceed quarterly goals by converting leads into qualified customers
! Cultivate a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach
! Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
! Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales quotas
! Help define sales and marketing processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
! Become an expert in the platform + services and articulating its value
! Partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to help test, measure and optimize
! Research prospects to understand the company and individuals
! Capture key facts in a CRM
! Transition closed accounts to Customer Success for deployment and growth
! Synthesize lessons across an industry and share insights for marketing and product

Requirements:
! 2-7 experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS/enterprise software company
! A record of success within a sales team between 5 and 30 people
! Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
! Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication
! Extrovert who’s engaging but polite, honest, and friendly
! Intelligence, passion for business, and humility
! The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
! Consistent track-record of meeting + exceeding quotas
! Ability to work in a fluid environment and adjusts priorities on-the-fly
! High aptitude and understanding of technology
! Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
! High level of integrity and follow through
! Impeccable written and verbal communication + presentation skills
! Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
! SFDC, Pipedrive, and Zendesk experience is a plus
! Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
