MARKETING DESIGNER (Austin, TX) Chive Media Group is seeking a Marketing Designer who can handle everything from presentation decks to brand redesigns. Somebody with the verve, nerve, and natural talent to turn a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation into a product people actually want to see. Somebody who already cooks with our special CHIVE sauce, and isn’t afraid to tackle more than presentations - this designer will dig into sales collateral, apparel, app UI, advertisements, and anything else our team throws at you! Basically, we want somebody who sees the world in Pantone and is addicted to Creative Suite.
JOB DESCRIPTION
! Conceptualize and design marketing collateral, including C-Suite presentations and investor decks
! Manage multiple priorities under deadlines, independently as well as working with a team
! Lead cross-functional design projects alongside marketing, editorial, merchandising, and sales departments
! Design t-shirts, print advertisements, UI, and more as needed
! Works under the supervision of the Creative Director
REQUIREMENTS
! MUST HAVE portfolio demonstrating design experience
! Proficient with Adobe CC Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
! Proficient with PowerPoint and Keynote
! Detailed knowledge of typography and design principles
! Strong visual sense for branding and integrating visual elements across multiple mediums in print and web
! Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment
! HTML / CSS knowledge is a bonus!
