DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

(Los Angeles, CA)

Atmosphere is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Account Manager that will work to support the Sales and Brand Strategy team members within the West region. The Digital Account Manager will be a key member of a growing team that will support ad sales in meeting its objectives and providing best-in- class client support. This position will be based in Los Angeles and will report to the sales leader of the West region. Atmosphere is the world’s largest streaming TV service for businesses, offering over 20 audio-optional TV channels to engage viewers. Best of all, it’s free to businesses. The platform was built from the ground up with proprietary content, technology, and data to deliver unparalleled experiences for businesses, consumers, and advertisers. The business was incubated under Chive Media Group and spun out in late 2019. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Candidate will take the lead in building proposals and assembling all necessary elements from the brand strategy team
• Review and brainstorm RFPs with sales director and strategy team, develop an understanding of client business needs, industry and consumer trends, and competitive landscape with focus on digital and CTV/OTT
• Produce all pre-sale documents including presentations in PowerPoint, complete agency RFP Excel templates and lead campaign management with Ad Ops and client communication
• Manage inventory reservations and custom elements for Atmosphere and Chive Media Group where applicable
• Help keep sales informed of campaign status, optimizations and results
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Atmosphere’s products, programs, partnerships, and editorial slate

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of media experience at a digital agency or publisher
• Media planning, buying and campaign management experience
• Excellent knowledge of PPT, Excel, DoubleClick, Operative
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe products a major plus!
• Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible and highly motivated
• Ability to work well with different personalities and thrive working from home and office
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
• Excited about a future in media sales
