Job Description
Chive Media Group is looking for a self-starter with a strong analytical digital background focused on user acquisition and retention via external and internal marketing channels. This candidate is highly creative, data driven, and well versed in measuring conversions. They will be responsible for driving forward and innovating on our new sports initiative with our partner in the sports betting industry. This will be a highly rewarding position for a self-starter with a bias towards results.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for managing and driving customer acquisition across internal channels (content, advertising, email) and external channels (social, search, affiliate, display ads, programmatic ads)
• Create cross functional strategic and tactical plans to achieve objectives
• Develop and manage budget
• Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return
• Cross functional teamwork to drive acquisition • Influence product and development teams to implement features and/or designs
• Work with content teams to develop content strategy
• Coordinate execution of advertising programs with ad ops, account management, and brand strategy
• Work closely with the design team (and UI/UX resources as needed) to make best-in-class and fully optimized creatives at scale

• Develop audience targeting strategy, placement strategy, KPI strategies, messaging strategy, retargeting strategies, budgeting forecasting, and spending strategies
• Manage day-to-day relationship with major player in the emerging sports betting industry

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience with user acquisition at scale
• Tactical experience across content, advertising, email, social, search, affiliate, display, ads, programmatic ads
• Bonus points if you bring experience with digital media, sports, online betting
• Experienced with conducting analysis on acquisition through Paid, Owned, and Earned channels to deliver ROI
• Ability to function in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Math, Performance Marketing or related technical degree
