Job Description
Ad Operations Specialist

(Austin, Chicago or Los Angeles)

Atmosphere is the first and largest streaming TV for Business platform in the world. From the team that built and introduced CHIVE TV to thousands of businesses and homes worldwide, Atmosphere includes a variety of O&O and partner audio-optional channels, updated regularly. While CHIVE TV remains a flagship channel, new channels such as Happy TV, Alpine TV, Motiv8, X Games TV, Red Bull TV, America's Funniest Videos and many more have been curated to fit any vibe and integrate seamlessly into any environment, from bars and gyms to offices and waiting rooms.

Just call us a hydraulic press, because Atmosphere is absolutely crushing it in 2020. To keep on crushin', we're seeking an Ad Operations specialist who can oversee existing campaigns and implement new technologies to constantly improve delivery. The Ad Ops specialist must be able to own campaigns from conception to wrap up; including testing creative, overseeing ad serving, consulting with sales and strategy teams on campaign ideation, monitoring campaign budgets, optimizing and troubleshooting during flight, translating performance into client-facing ROI, and providing recommendations for future campaigns. Atmosphere is growing fast, so the ideal Ad Operations Specialist has to have their finger on the pulse of emerging technologies and know how to create best practices to fit campaigns of every scale. If you're somebody who dreams in ad campaigns and can make necessary adjustments with their arms tied behind their back, we want to hear from you!
