Account Manager - Digital Advertising

(Austin, TX)

Chive Media Group is looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager - Digital Advertising that will work to support the SMB, National and Programmatic sales teams with unparalleled support. The ideal person is very organized, able to shift priorities quickly, agile and has an amazingly positive attitude!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide support across SMB, National and Programmatic teams
• Produce media plans and manage inventory reservations for fixed media placements (takeovers/roadblocks, customer editorials, inclusions, social media, etc.)
• Create IOs for SMB sellers in our order management system (OMS)
• Communicate with Account Executives on all key issues associated with their campaigns
• Collaborate with the Ad Ops team regarding campaign details and creative
• Create wrap-up reports
• Work with our internal Accounting team to collect pre-payments for SMB partners
• Collaborate with our Brand Strategy team on ideas/brainstorming for custom editorials, custom videos and sponsored events

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2+ years sales support experience with a heavy focus on digital marketing
• Experience with CRMs and OMS such as Operative.One, Boostr or SalesForce
• Experience with project management systems such as Basecamp is a plus
• Deep understanding of offline advertising, strategy and analytics
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Highly organized
• Excellent written and oral communication with amazing follow through
