Human Resources Coordinator (Austin, TX) Right now, Atmosphere is growing!! We have some very ambitious (yet achievable) goals for 2021 and beyond. To achieve those goals, and keep a world class employee lifecycle, we need to have a world class HR / People Ops team, so we’re hiring baby! Ideally, the right HR Coordinator for this position has never said, "That's not my job." even if they were mistaken for a store employee because they were wearing a red polo shirt. In fact, the ideal candidate's catchphrase is, "I can. Or I'll find the person who can. Also: I'm pretty sure bathmats are in Aisle 8. Thank you for shopping at Target." In all seriousness, this is a great opportunity to sink your teeth into all aspects of Human Resources / People Operations and really grow your career. We are looking for a reliable, self-driven person whose middle name is discretion. This position will report to the VP of Human Resources. JOB DESCRIPTION
! Assist HR with onboarding paperwork (timely enter new EE's into our HR systems).
! Feed new hire data to our HRIS.
! Benefits enrollment for new employees, life events, etc...
! Assist with HR during Benefits Open Enrollment.
! Assist managers with new hires where needed.
! File management and HR file audits (quarterly).
! Serve as a recruiter for Atmosphere related openings. Including leading phone screens, scheduling hiring manager interviews, coordinating onsite meetings, etc...
! Own compliance data within all locations (HQ and satellite offices), FMLA posters, sick leave posters in certain states, etc...
! I-9 and E-Verify management.
! Able to assist with ad-hoc projects that pop up (this happens all the time!).
! Serve as a 3rd set of eyes and ears within the HR department.
! Schedule and set up team building events and company outings.
! Help manage Friday Happy Hours at the Copper Bar (Once the world is safe and normal).
! Help manage HR vendor relationships.
! Jack/Jill of all HR Trades.

REQUIREMENTS
! Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
! Strong interest in kicking off a career in HR
! Positive, can-do attitude
! Proactive thinker
! Organized AF!
! Loves to schedule things.
! Experience with Paycor is a strong plus!
! Quick on your feet, and able to work well cross-functionally... a lot!
! Thirst to learn (on the job, and for your own career growth)
! Strong business acumen
! Recruiting experience preferred
