SR. PRODUCT MANAGER (Austin, TX) OVERVIEW Atmosphere is currently looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager who will help us build incredible digital products in a fast-growing business. We build incredible user experiences and drive customer love. Proficiency in web and mobile user interfaces is a must. The individual will be passionate about the customer and how they experience the product. This person should love wireframes, looking at analytics and user testing. They should work closely with Product and Engineering as well as customers to gather feedback and make sure we’re building the most simple interfaces that bring massive joy and value to our customers. ABOUT ATMOSPHERE Atmosphere was incubated under the Chive Media Group and spun out in 2019. Since then, Atmosphere has tapped into something no other cable company has ever attempted. It single-handedly defined the streaming TV-for-business category. By designing a streaming service focused on retail businesses, Atmosphere is meeting the needs of two underserved markets: businesses looking for free, audio-optional TV programming, and advertisers that have never been able to effectively buy media to reach an out-of-home audience on TV screens. With millions of TV customers cutting their live tv subscriptions, both cable and streaming, Atmosphere allows TV advertisers to reach an unreachable audience. ! Define product roadmaps and oversee launch of new features
! Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure timely delivery to match business goals
! Work with Design to evolve product and optimize retention and engagement
! Manage metrics, data analysis, and reporting
! Work with customers to gather feedback and incorporate feature requests
! A/B test new features
! Communicate with various groups across the organization including Editorial, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Monetization
! Work in a fast paced and constantly evolving marketplace
REQUIREMENTS
! 3-5 years’ experience as a product manager working directly with engineering teams
! Demonstrated history making data-driven decisions
! Attention to detail in every step of the product process from gathering requirements, to writing documentation, to approving development work
! Keen understanding for what makes great digital experiences
! Experience working with both in-house and remote teams
! Experience working in an agile environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
! Past UI/UX Design
! A/B Testing experience
! Data Analysis background
