Atmosphere has doubled the size of our Distribution Sales team in 2021 and we have no plans to slow down now. We need a Sales Recruiter who can help us source and onboard sales professionals for multiple teams including both short and long sales cycles, inside sales, and outside sales. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for helping Atmosphere grow both the Distribution and Ad Sales teams as well as help across other departments. You’ll have a team of seasoned Talent Acquisition and Human Resources pros to help you out and share the work. What we need from you is drive, grit, hustle, results, and hopefully you're a little bit bonkers, because these goals are definitely that! Do you like Recruiting? Do you like Growing? JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Aggressively sort through massive amounts of resumes for multiple open recs spanning multiple professional fields and disciplines
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for many of Atmosphere’s open positions (job positing, resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and closing offers)
• Work cross-functionally with other hiring managers to firmly, yet tactfully, keep them on track and on target for their aggressive hiring needs
• Build / maintain a pipeline and network of candidates and potential candidates as positions are posted
• Continue to be the touchpoint for candidates once they have accepted, through onboarding
• Work with managers to make sure all candidates have stellar and consistent candidate experience
• Maintain succinct documentation on all candidates and searches through our ATS software with thorough detail
• Stay up to date on innovative recruiting techniques and trends
• Maintain a weekly recruiting update which you will share with the executives and head of HR

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• High level multitasking abilities. Holy Google Calendar, you need multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail. In fact, candidates who can slip the word “blue” into their cover letter will skip to the front of the line
• High motivation to continuously improve upon time-to-hire metrics
• Discrete. Is proven to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• A GREAT interviewer (excellent written and verbal skills as well as follow through)
• A great storyteller
• Can keep an audience no matter what the subject, or employment level
• Treats others with respect
• Team attitude
