By designing a streaming service focused on retail businesses, Atmosphere is meeting the needs of two underserved markets: businesses looking for free, audio-optional TV programming, and advertisers that have never been able to effectively buy media to reach an out-of-home audience on TV screens. With millions of TV customers cutting their live tv subscriptions, both cable and streaming, Atmosphere allows TV advertisers to reach an unreachable audience. Our Product team needs to source a Senior Product Manager to oversee the role out of a brand new revenue-generating feature. Engineering needs to add multiple Principal Full Stack Engineers to keep up with our rampant growth. We need to bring on a UX Designer who can handle everything from early-stage wireframes to managing junior designers in the final stage of a project. And these are just the tip of the iceberg. To accomplish all of this - we need a Technical Recruiter who understands how to source top tech talent in Austin or get them to move to Austin, and get them hired! RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source top talent. Beyond the standard job boards, bring tenacious and inventive sourcing strategies to the table
• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and determine specifications
• Interview and evaluate candidates across technical, product, and engineering professions
• Understand how to talk the tech talk, and know an impostor when you see one
• Guide top candidates through the hiring and onboarding processes
• Work with the broader Recruitment Team to develop recruiting strategies
• Identify recruiting sources and networks
• Represent company at job fairs and industry events
