ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, PARTNERSHIPS AUSTIN, TX Chive Media Group is a multi-platform digital media and eCommerce company. The company’s flagship brand, theCHIVE, is home to the world’s funniest photo galleries and viral videos, reaching more than 20 million people each month and amassing over 5 billion content views annually. theCHIVE has built an incredible online/offline community through its focus on being a positive escape on the internet. The company’s eCommerce site, The Chivery, is a content-driven commerce site that has sold over 5 million t-shirts and apparel items since its launch in 2011. The company’s 501(c)3 Chive Charities has raised over $17M through flash-donation campaigns for orphaned causes. We are here to entertain the masses and help people. Chive Media Group is seeking a go-getting Account Executive to help tackle consumer products partnership deals in the Artspace. The company’s eCommerce site, The Chivery, is looking to expand its product offering in the collectibles space and is looking to expand this program by partnering with artists all over. This individual would be responsible for securing licensing agreements for rare coins, NFT’s, and digital assets. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close new licensing, and partnership deals
• Multi-year experience in the Art world with existing relationships
• Execute consumer products licensing deals with renowned artists
• Work with our partnership support team and VP of Licensing to expand your existing accounts
• Build relationships with your clients—learn how to help their business grow while becoming part of their network
• Own CRM responsibilities and stay organized
• Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, and unique opportunities within the space

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years experience with a heavy focus on licensing and partnerships
• Experience with project management systems such as Basecamp is a plus
• Deep understanding of consumer products licensing and strategy
• Deep knowledge of consumer products licensing deal structure
• Excellent multitasker
• Highly organized
• Excellent written and oral communication with amazing follow-through
