POC USA, located in Park City, UT, is in search of a Marketing Director.
 
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Director is a key position in the planning, execution and budgeting of POC North America’s annual marketing plan. The Marketing Manager is very personable and is able to manage many different relationships. Their main focus is North America, but they will have to work closely with the marketing team in Sweden in order to modify/adjust POC North America’s marketing plan accordingly. This position reports directly to POC North America’s Managing Director who will provide support and vision for No America’s marketing. The marketing manager will manage key relationships with vendors, partners and agencies. This position is located in Park City, Utah.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Executes the POC North American marketing plan within the budget.
2. Works closely with all POC marketing employees, in Sweden and Austria.
3. Build, edit or modify creative material for regional events, technology information, marketing assets, etc.
4. Build and execute the tools the sales reps need in order to tell POC’s story and sell product in all of POC’s different business units.
5. Coordinates consistent marketing on all of POC’s channels, online, social, in store, events, etc.
6. Works with the digital team to ensure that the right products are being highlighted at the right time online.
7. Manages and spearheads the public relations plan with our PR partner.
8. Over sees the sports marketing activations.
9. Understands seasonal timelines and can develop marketing plans around available inventory to sell.
10. Manages the implementation of in store sell through material.
11. Works closely with POC’s partners to build and collect content to be dispersed on the global POC networks.
12. Participates in the development of the annual content plan, and associated marketing program plans.
13. Initiates all projects with thoughtful and clear marketing briefs/project plans that encapsulate the relevant product marketing, brand and sales directives
14. Manages all POC USA partnerships.
15. Ensures that the relevant product and brand marketing insights are maintained through the execution of the promotional and creative efforts for all Marketing projects
16. Drives the selection of vendors and manages significant vendor relationships.
17. Rolls up ROI reporting of all marketing programs on a seasonal basis. 18. Executes other Marketing projects as directed by the Managing Director.
