Job Description
The Social & Creative Coordinator’s goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of social media marketing.

The Social & Creative Coordinator should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. The Social & Creative Coordinator is responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the Custom Wheel House’s brands and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

The Social & Creative Coordinator also assists in the marketing department efforts to successfully promote Custom Wheel House’s products and brand names by reaching target markets and maintain positioning as industry leaders. As an effective member of the creative team, the Social & Creative Coordinator ensures company’s goals and expectations are met in regards to branding, advertising - print & web, video production, and marketing, both internally and externally.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize Custom Wheel House’s brand pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the brand’s social content
• File Management – Cleaned up file naming as well and sorted files for better access
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments and marketing team members to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Manages day-to-day social paid advertising accounts
• Implements go-to-market strategies on all social media platforms
• Assist with day-to-day production of design projects and program activities, including images, graphics, print media, product design, displays, photography and video productions to assure messaging and look are successfully communicated while deadlines are met
• Stay current on industry trends - design, marketing, and digital marketing
• Maintains integrity of the Custom Wheel House’s brands across all aspects of external and internal projects
• Conduct product, lifestyle or site photo shoots
• Attend seminars, tradeshows, and events throughout the year to research social media, design, and market trends
• Must have extensive experience on Macintosh with professional understanding in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of branding and branding principles
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent creative mindset mixed with strong logic and understanding of design principles
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and turn projects around quickly
• Exceptional organizational skills; Strong attention to detail
• Works well independently, as well as in a team environment

Essential Skills and Attributes:
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Must be able to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage the high paced event industry and tolerate last minute change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-starter can seek out needs and information without directives
• Ability to multi-task and perform in several capacities on the marketing team
Job Requirements
Minimum requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent experience required
• 4 + years of working experience as a Graphic Designer
• Must have extensive experience on Macintosh
• Professional Understanding in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
