Job Description
The Creative & Marketing Manager leads the marketing department efforts to successfully promote Custom Wheel House’s products and brand names by reaching target markets and maintain positioning as industry leaders.

The Creative & Marketing Manager leads an efficient and productive Creative Team to ensure company’s goals and expectations are met in regards to branding, advertising - print & web, video production, and marketing, both internally and externally.

The Creative & Marketing Manager also leads, coaches, and directs the creative department’s staff in day-to-day activities ensuring that the company’s goals and expectations are met.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Oversees the day-to-day production of design projects and program activities, including images, graphics, print media, product design, displays, photography and video productions to assure messaging and look are successfully communicated while deadlines are met
• Manage the Creative Teams library of documents
• Coordinate with external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, customers’ marketing departments, and production companies
• Ensures projects and programs are executed efficiently and cost-effectively, as well as planned out well in advance
• Manages access to brand assets both internally and externally
• Periodic developing of brand standards and usage guidelines to ensure consistency of the brands are met throughout internal and external marketing materials
• Responsible for working closely with sales and engineering to consulting on goals as they relate to marketing
• Provides current knowledge and technical skill with various software and media, including Adobe Suite, video editing, web themes, digital media, packaging design, and print layouts
• Stay current on industry trends - design, marketing, and digital marketing
• Maintains integrity of the Custom Wheel House’s brands across all aspects of external and internal projects
• Conceptualize and create brand identity and campaign specific art
• Coordinate and direct photo/video shoots including storyboarding and art direction prior to the shoot
• Attend seminars, tradeshows, and events throughout the year to research market trends, print collateral, and to further understand various vertical market needs
• Attend press checks, photoshoot, and events as needed to ensure quality standards are being met

• Coaches, mentors, develops and manages Social Media & Content Coordinator setting expectations, monitor results and manages accountability
• Provides an environment conducive to creativity, collaboration, and teamwork
• Serves as a positive change agent and a role model for Custom Wheel House’s customer service and quality focus
• Support all departments by communicating and providing all collateral material needed to help them reach their targets
• Encourages employee development and provides opportunities for cross-training and professional growth

Job Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
• Associates in marketing or related field and a minimum of 8 years experience
• Minimum two years’ experience coaching/training/supervising a high performing team
• Must have extensive experience on Macintosh
• Professional Understanding in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of branding and branding principles
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent creative mindset mixed with a strong logic and understanding of design principles
• Excellent project management skills; ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
