Job Description
The Sales Professional will be responsible for responding to inbound contact with existing customers, facilitating orders and following up on order timelines. The Sales Professional must have experience and understanding of wheel fitments for popular trucks, SUVs, and UTVs.

The secondary focus is to explain technical product or service information to customers, contact customers to promote products or services, recommend products to customers and answer customer questions and advise them about products or services. The Sales Professional is also responsible for order entry and maintenance of customer account information.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Learn new products and systems and education customers on their use and application
• Handle inbound calls in a call center environment
• Process customer order entries and track orders through to completion
• Update customer information in the company contact database
• Perform day to day tasks with solid organizational and multitasking skills to accomplish objectives

• Attend events to promote company products while answering product related questions from potential customers

Job Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years’ wheel & tire sales experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Excellent project management skills; ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
