Job Objective:
- Oversee the expansion of the direct-to-consumer website and ecommerce team
- Responsible for growing the DTC customer base and annual sales
- Support initiatives for the brand marketing and merchandising teams
- Provide digital marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, direction, and guidance to the ecommerce team
- Ensure the brand is represented well online and communications and advertisements meet our high brand standards
- Provide ownership and management of the customer experience and conversation including website navigation, cart and checkout experience, all email communications, and paid marketing ads on ppc and social media channels
- Oversee the development, managing, planning, implementation, and coordination of ecommerce initiatives
- Ownership and management of all performance marketing channels
- Ownership and management of the Shopify storefront
- Ownership of SEO strategy and execution
- Management of the DTC P&L and direct response marketing budget allocation
- Oversee the development of automated and personalized email campaigns for our different target markets and customer personas
- Oversee the development of remarketing and display advertising campaigns to those same customer groups, as well as lookalike audiences for prospecting
- Create positive communication experiences with key contacts internally and externally
- Coordinate with the design, product, brand marketing, and management teams
- Direct and manage internal and external teams including digital marketing agencies and freelancers
