About the job

As the Product Manager, you will work with manufacturers to create high-quality products with timely delivery and competitive pricing. You will also manage products throughout the production lifecycle ensuring that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain knowledge of LuLaRoe mainline product
• Effectively communicate with all levels of LuLaRoe personnel
• Availability to work overtime and some weekends
• Cross-train teammates as required
• Ensure all inventory is compliant with LuLaRoe standards
• Develop and implement 6S standards within the department
• Responsible for selection, onboarding, coaching, re-training, discipline and performance reviews of all teammates
• Oversee attendance, work quality and performance of then team according to company policy
• Build and maintain partnerships with teammates and lines of business to maximize effectiveness
• Oversee the entire department process and make decisions regarding organization and employee distribution
• Ensure all teammates are trained in production policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate all company and departmental updates as well as assist in the implementation of new policies
• Analyze current processes and find opportunities to improve efficiency
• Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with LuLaRoes policies and procedures
• Attend designated management training and meetings
• Approve weekly time records and time-off requests
• Lead employees to meet LuLaRoes expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
• Develop a production plan that meets the business needs balancing capability and capacity
• Translate product requirements, from garment specifications and raw material requirements, into a bulk delivery of product for a label
• Continually meet required deliveries and production turns, as well as achieve corporate IMU% objective, through working with internal departments, as well as factories and raw material suppliers, to ultimately achieve the vision of the product
• Ensure that our product is delivered at the right time, at the right cost, and in the right quantity to our distribution center
• Collaborate and work effectively with our cross functional teams to help develop strategies for managing the demands of the business, maximizing flexibility and minimizing costs
• Develop strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers in order to manage all aspects of our product lifecycle
• Track and manage multiple competing deadlines while ensuring business priorities are met
• Work closely with external vendors
• Any other duties as directed by leadership
