Summary
As a Merchandising Manager, you will control sourcing, purchasing and delivery of product from vendor to warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Research and analyze market environments and demand for product relating to merchandising
• Gather and analyze internal inventory on-hand and sales to determine order requirements and product needs
• Build and maintain positive and trustworthy relationships with partners and vendors
• Research, source, and negotiate with domestic and international vendors
• Establish and promote company and product expectations and requirements with vendors and partners
• Create and implement vendor acquisition strategy
• Maintain knowledge of LuLaRoe mainline product
• Effectively communicate with all levels of LuLaRoe personnel
• Availability to work overtime and some weekends
• Cross-train teammates as required
• Ensure all inventory is compliant with LuLaRoe standards
• Develop and implement 6S standards within the department
• Responsible for selection, on-boarding, coaching, re-training, discipline, and performance reviews of all teammates
• Oversee attendance, work quality, and performance of the team according to company policy
• Build and maintain partnerships with teammates and lines of business to maximize effectiveness
• Oversee the department process and make decisions regarding organization and employee distribution
• Ensure all teammates are trained in corresponding tasks
• Effectively communicate all company and departmental updates as well as assist in the implementation of new policies
• Analyze current processes and find opportunities to improve efficiency
• Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with
LuLaRoe’s policies and procedures
• Attend designated management training and meetings
• Approve weekly time records and time-off requests
• Lead employees to meet LuLaRoe’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
• Any other duties as directed by leadership

Experience/Education
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in fashion or production environment preferred
• 3-5+ years in supervisory role preferred

Language Skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as spreadsheets and internal reports
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively with employees and/or groups

Mathematical Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Reasoning Ability
• Ability to absorb and retain information and direction to apply to work-related tasks and duties
• Ability to improve processes using critical thinking skills
