We’re looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant.

This is an entry level position at a great company and the pay is $15 per hour.

Job Summary
Detailed- oriented, organized candidate who participates in our warehouse operations and activities. This person will perform an array of warehouse functions that may include receiving materials, picking, packing and shipping orders with the goal to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Process Drop-Ship orders for approved customers (Nordstrom.com and Amazon)
• Including, entering order in ERP, picking & packing product and shipping via UPS or FedEx
• Receive & Inspect customer returns and process appropriate credit notes
• Communicate credit notes to customers, sales representatives, and accounting team
• Assist with the receiving process for incoming shipments
• Identify damaged/missing merchandise and report any discrepancies
• Various warehouse duties – re-tagging, re-bagging, and re-stocking merchandise
• Upload UPC codes to GXS catalog as required by major department stores
• Assist other departments when needed, specifically working with PR company to fulfill/ship blogger gifting requests.
