General Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the PSD Underwear brand eCommerce team.
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a key role in guiding and implementing the paid media and performance marketing activities to drive customer acquisition efforts. This role will help manage and cultivate a successful multichannel performance program through performing well structured tests, roll out campaigns, develop audiences, and actively optimize performance against clear goals and targets.
The ideal candidate for this role has hands on experience planning, developing, launching, managing, and analyzing performance marketing progress to drive channel growth within budget, ROAS, and CAC guidelines. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to see the big picture and actively and rapidly manage the program day-to-day.
Essential Job Functions
•Work with internal and external partners to execute customer acquisition strategy, manage daily performance marketing across Paid Media channels, including but not limited to Paid Social, to hit revenue targets.
•Directly manage the relationship with Performance Marketing Agency partners and keep them accountable to targets and objectives.
•Partner with other teams in the Ecommerce department to ideate and deploy landing page experiences, coordinate campaigns, and plan seasonal creatives.
•Perform and manage well thought out testing of creatives, audiences, campaigns, landing pages, and other performance touchpoints and tactics.
•Regularly report on performance by channel and campaign, perform detailed analysis to continuously be a champion for improvement.
•Collaborate with internal brand ecommerce teams, external partners and cross-functional partners to strategize, develop creatives, execute seasonal plans, and secure resources for channel needs.
•Perform market research on benchmarks, industry changes, creatives, strategies, and developing brands.
•Support retention efforts—primarily email, SMS, and loyalty—to align acquisition and retention efforts.
