General Summary
The Ecommerce Manager for PSD Underwear is a key member of the La Jolla Group Ecommerce team.
Reporting to the eCommerce Director, the eCommerce Manager will oversee and execute the short and long-range objectives for PSD’s direct-to-consumer program and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and digital strategy for PSDUnderwear.com.

Essential Job Functions

⏵ Oversee daily operations of the PSD eCommerce site

⏵ Collaborate with eCommerce Director, marketing, sales, and product partners to align GTM strategies and prioritize projects

⏵ Partner with eCommerce Director, marketing and agency partners on performance marketing (including search, social and affiliate) and customer acquisition initiatives to ensure ROAS and revenue goals are met

⏵ Manage site content, site merchandising, CRO and troubleshoot friction points / bugs

⏵ Review customer journey through the site, recommending adjustments

⏵ Collaborate with eCommerce Director and marketing on retention campaigns and loyalty programs

⏵ Manage KPI reporting and calendars for product launches, site updates, digital marketing, promotions, etc.

⏵ Work with distribution center and customer service team to ensure all outbound shipments and returns are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with organizational SOPs

⏵ Serve as main point of contact for PSD’s eCommerce vendors

⏵ Collaborate with eCommerce operations team and IT to ensure all systems integrations are maintained and working properly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

⏵ Experience working with apparel is preferred

⏵ Shopify experience is required

⏵ Experience working with large data sets in Excel is required.

⏵ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and metric reporting is required

⏵ Experience using a PM tool like Asana is preferred

⏵ Experience with ERP use and integrations is preferred

⏵ Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing business development environment

⏵ Strategic, out of the box thinker

⏵ Management experience

Required Education and Experience

⏵ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required

⏵ 4+ years' of experience in the e-commerce space

Physical Requirements

Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about company building.
