General Summary
You will bring your knowledge and creativity to support Design and Development in bringing fashionable and well-made product to retail. The Technical Designer is responsible for assisting Design with production art as well as coordinating with Development on samples, showroom setup, and technical fit sessions.

Essential Job Functions
•Develop and design product mock-ups, compile line sheets for line reviews, layout creative presentations, and retail pitch decks
•Collaborate with design manager to design and approve products
•Coordinate product submissions for creative reviews and approvals with design team
•Organize and maintain product and market samples
•Work with Development to review blocks and re-evaluate annually
•Partner with Design and Development to communicate applicable information in tech packs to ensure protos are approved prior to production
•Collaborate with Design and Development to identify on-going block development needs
•Update tech packs and ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained including product specs and prototype notes
•Track and facilitate samples to cross-functional teams
•Monitor and track challenges throughout the product testing process to meet product quality requirements
•Track licensed approvals to ensure they are approved through the product lifecycle
•Support calendar management to hit critical milestones with cross-functional teams
