Job Description:
• Assist bookkeeper in various tasks:
-- Write and send purchase orders to vendors.
-- Submit POs to factor for approval.
-- Compile commission reports.
-- Compile royalty reports.
-- Learn all aspects of the company’s bookkeeping procedures.
• Assist owners with tasks as needed:
-- Open and file mail.
-- Order supplies.
-- Fill out forms.
-- Apply for permits.
-- Create HR documents and files.
