The Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimizing a competitive light product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages lights product details, specifications, competitive knowledge, market knowledge and product utilization within various geographies across the globe, with a focus on the US and European (non -German) markets (AXA, Kryptonite & Trelock brands).
- Responsible for meeting set profit targets for area of responsibility.
- Contributes to sales and marketing activities by assessing market data and conducting competitive analysis for lights product.
- Advises and provides input on US specific markets, products, trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Responsible for the execution of strategy for lights product in the US and European (non -German) markets. Leads multi-location, cross functional teams to launch new products using a structured development process.
- Leads projects involving OEM customers on customized lights designed for aftermarket customers.
- Acts as project leader with internal groups such as engineering, brand management, marketing, production, sales, and leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Works cross-functionally to create business cases including sales projections, pricing forecasts, and market figures.
