About the job
We need a Digital & Social Media Strategist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital and social marketing campaigns across all channels. This person will have a strong understanding of all relevant marketing tools and strategies and be able to drive integrated marketing campaigns from idea to execution. The Strategist will work with the Head Office Team, Franchise Partners, key Vendor Partners and Event Partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Paid Search Strategy
• Plan and execute all web, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Paid Social Ads and Retargeting
• Budget Management
• Drive awareness and customer acquisition via Social Channels, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Youtube, etc.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Keyword analysis and implementation across all channels
• Website maintenance
• Develop creative growth strategies and content
• PPC Campaign management
• Social Media Strategy to drive awareness and acquire new customers
• Data Analysis (Excel and Google Analytics)
• Develop Affiliate marketing campaigns
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and Review Trackers
• Collaborate with Agencies and other key Vendor Partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies and implement
