Lula 101 is in search of a Inside Sales Representative - B2B, to join the team in Tustin, CA.

Note: Applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English. Must have legal status to work permanently in the U.S.; i.e. either U.S. citizen or green card holder. Having bilingual skills an Asian Pacific language is a plus.

Lula 101, Inc. is a globally focused distribution company primarily specializing in distributing U.S. apparel and accessories in Asian markets by working directly with shops and wholesalers. As a rapidly expanding company that gets big results, Lula 101 has been involved in the streetwear, lifestyle fashion and action-sports markets for more than nearly two decades.

Lula 101 offers a dynamic work environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn from industry veterans while using your own experience to help us grow our business and reputation as an industry leader in Asian markets. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of wholesale sales experience in the action sports, apparel, accessories or related field.
We are looking for a detailed-oriented, efficient and motivated full-time employee with a proven track record of B2B or B2C sales, who is equally adept at taking initiative and working under supervision. This is primarily an inside sales position. Our ideal candidate also understands marketing concepts and has experience in writing promotional copy for brands, both for Web and in other digital applications.

Sales responsibilities //
• Provide customer service to existing accounts - resolve discrepancies, issue deposit requests, etc.
• Develop new accounts and manage incoming inquiries – both domestic and international markets.
• Create draft and sales material (brand and product introduction, order forms, modify catalogues) for manager’s review.
• Collect and consolidate customer orders, submit production orders to vendors.
• Create Excel templates to track sales, incoming deliveries, etc.
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Analyze sales data, economic indicators and customer data to develop sales strategies for key markets.
• Evaluate current accounts and realign to effectively meet or exceed sales goals.
• B2B communications with customers and vendors.
• Attend industry trade shows to create networking relationships and source new brands.
• Warehouse/shipping and receiving support.
• Manage inventory using Excel
• Product QC inspection
• Schedule shipments with freight forwarders
• Create customs invoices, packing slips and invoice support as needed
• Ebay support- help manage postings, creating labels for shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Marketing Responsibilities //
• Connect with influential social, sport and lifestyle ambassadors and events to promote our service.
• Digital communications assistance with Lula 101 blogs, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Review interns’ social media posts and sales communications.
