Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Hire a dynamic team of individuals with a track record of accomplishment that represent our brand values Deliver trainings and tools to ensure Wings and SBM teams are set up to successfully deliver on plans Empower Wings and SBMs to create and own ‘bottom-up’ plans Coach direct reports to grow their skills and increase brand knowledge Provide direct, consistent, and productive feedback to maximize individual and team impact Cultivate a culture of accountability in line with Red Bull’s values Recognize and reward exceptional execution Process administrative paperwork for personnel movements and actions INCREASE TRIAL AND BUILD BRAND RELEVANCE Build a localized plan with the Brand Marketing Manager to increase trial and intensify consumption Manage local resource allocation (e.g. budgets, cans, hours, etc.) based on national strategy and Business Unit (BU) KPIs Challenge Wings and SBMs to generate new ideas for sampling missions and campus activity to drive trial and excite consumers Conduct regular market visits to better understand the focus areas and executional challenges Identify and develop new opportunities beyond existing programs that will win new users and intensify existing consumption Analyze and report against program goals and key priorities including cans, occasions, consumer targeting, sales support, event support, and indirect sampling initiatives COLLABORATION AND DISCOVERY Champion & share best practices with key stakeholders at Headquarters and the BU Build strong relationships with internal sales and marketing stakeholders to maximize program impact and Sales Support initiatives Lead execution of local and national trial-driving and collegiate “big moment” campaigns in collaboration with Cross Marketing and Key Accounts Leverage Consumer Collecting to support national, BU and regional brand campaigns (e.g. product launches, brand building events, and implementation of cross marketing programs at retail) Contribute to the annual Brand Marketing plan Support network, influencer, and opinion leader identification
