Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Reporting and Analytics Standard reporting - Responsible for publishing daily/weekly/monthly sales scorecards. Key focus on depletions (Sales to Retailers) relative to Business Plan, forecast and other benchmarks. Collaboration – Partner with senior sales & finance leaders to deliver insights on channel, distributor management, and retailer performance strategy. Analytics - champion and deliver insights for related KPIs in clear/concise manner. Special Projects - Lead ad-hoc analytics projects focused on portfolio, distributor, and retailer performance. Execution - develop exceptional reporting to enable quick in-market action plans. Tools and Processes Process improvement - Partner with international finance, IT, and sales teams on global reporting projects including systems testing, integration, and process improvement initiatives. Cross functional – partner with exploratory data analytics, Finance and Sales teams to drive strategic and tactical business initiatives delivering insights and solutions to complex projects in clear and concise format i.e. visualization. Data quality and integrity - Ensure data harmonization across varying departments and disparate systems – look for new in-depth opportunities to overlay more robust metrics with internal/syndicated data for deeper insights and actions. Systems – continually explore areas to improve current reporting infrastructure. Dynamic Leader Manage and develop a team of 2 Analysts.
