Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All CHANNEL PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS Evaluate social posts and channel performance on a daily basis to identify ongoing optimizations in content, programming strategy, audience engagement, and publishing operations Serve as the primary liaison between Programming, Content, and Insights teams to evaluate overarching channel strategy: channel architecture, publishing cadence, targeting, tone & voice consistency, and more Lead A/B testing strategy to further enhance our understanding of what content/format/attribute drives improved performance with a target audience Identify new ways to use social platforms that enhance storytelling and interaction with Red Bull’s priority audiences Develop and manage relationships/scopes with social agencies, analytics/reporting vendors, and project management tools to be rolled out across the Programming Team EDUCATION Own and maintain consistently updated strategy documentation to onboard and train team members on best practices, engagement tactics, key protocols, channel guidelines. etc Develop a recurring training framework for the Content & Production team to ensure that content produced adheres to best practices that is designed to thrive on each relevant platform Measure the quantifiable impact of social reach/impressions on Programming goals: consumer data collection, advertising effectiveness, and priority audience growth Be a social media expert within the organization who trains internal departments/teams on new trends, consumer behavior, upcoming technologies and other industry practices' BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Partner with the Advertising Team to develop ROI framework that leverages paid advertising to promote channel & audience growth Lead the development of business cases that grow/expand channel architecture and strategy Collaborate with Marketing/Communications, Brand Partnerships, and Media Partnerships to identify key partners that can acquire new audience segments Collaborate with the Platform Partnerships team to leverage emerging platforms/technology/formats to test new storytelling and interactive experiences Develop a measurable and effective call-to-action strategy across our channels to drive conversion into a signed-in Red Bull experience
