Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Deliver In-Store Solutions for Assigned Channels/ Accounts Deliver POS solutions that meet the needs of key retailers and sales channels Transform retailer requirements and shopper insights in to solutions that can be packaged, presented and activated within customers Develop field and retail facing tools to support sell-in of key Red Bull POS items Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including: Operations, Field Sales Force and Key Accounts, Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, BU Brand Marketing Teams to create custom POS solutions across all channels. Additional assigned projects as determined by the Sr. Manager, POS Own entire process for National, Regional and Retail specific print campaigns Oversees National Account and BU budgeting for all POS print campaigns Owns and communicates timelines to all relevant stakeholders including Agencies, Brand, Operations, and Field teams. Establishes alignment with all key stakeholders for each campaign Oversees all print campaigns to ensure on time delivery and execution of all POS suites Manages onsite design and production contractors Brings the Red Bull Brand to life at retail Cultivate Red Bull’s local presence through account specific program execution Acts as the go-to person for assigned accounts’ POS initiatives Oversees all field facing communication on national POS calendar status, progress, and stakeholder needs Contribute to the annual business plan process with leadership and guidance about effective POS initiatives and planning Owns full development of regional in-store theater/ displays to support national messaging calendar Develop Solutions That Serve the Needs of Shopper and Customer Stay on top of sales network needs and trends with monthly market visits, Distribution Partner ride alongs, industry trend analysis and ad-hoc other proactive development and analysis projects Develop innovative solutions the impact shopper engagement and purchase rate Work closely with Red Bull’s Insights team to link Shopper and Business Insights with our portfolio of tools via internal/external facing content suitable for conceptual sells, sell sheets and other relevant trade communication. Manage the organization, storage and disposal of all POS prototypes and samples
