Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Build the brand in the Foodservice channel Fully owns development and execution of national retail programming Translates Brand assets and initiatives into winning Retail programs Turns insights into actionable, compelling programs Coordinates with Occasions and POS teams for in-account visibility/POS item development Drives synergy with OnPremise team Maximizes the reach and purchase potential of point of sale programs Coordinates the development of sales tools: Creates Brand initiative sales tools from street level to Top2Top level that support retailer engagement Leads quality execution across all facets of Foodservice & OnPremise marketing programs, from initiation to completion Ensure seamless alignment with key stakeholders and consistency of messaging across all initiatives Ensures a Return on investments of resources and efforts Identify business case & develop rationale to inform programming decisions Devises and executes smart tests Assume National Foodservice Retail Marketing budget responsibility Near and at-point of consumption programs that drive purchase in Foodservice accounts Develops scalable market solutions for visibility to, and engagement with, potential Foodservice consumers Leads custom program development for top accounts & chains Delivers full suite of programming; from turn-key & scalable to breakthrough & innovative Oversee creation of activation assets: concept development, POS messaging, selling materials Insights collaboration & alignment Leverages insights and learnings to identify trends and opportunities that will shape the future state of Foodservice and OnPremise channel marketing Share best practices with the US business units and peer departments across the organization
