Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Consumer Quality Complaint Management Monitor the Zendesk Quality inbox for any new quality complaints that come in Perform all required information gathering activities with consumer including follow up telephone calls and emails Document all incident details and updates in Zendesk Coordinate all required follow up activities with consumers or necessary business partners Submit quality complaint information to Red Bull Global Quality Management team Surveillance & Insights Understand and implement different escalation workflows based on severity of complaints Identify complaint trends and escalate in a timely manner Generate and distribute reports to RBNA QA Manager and HQ as necessary Provide on-demand custom searches/reports for business partners (legal/regulatory)
