Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Workforce Planning Manage data for headcount and cost planning during annual business planning and biannual revised estimates for all Red Bull North America entities Align with Talent, Finance and Global stakeholders throughout the planning cycles to ensure full alignment and ownership across all entities Ensure all planning process and figures are in accordance with global and local policies and procedures Act as a key user for Anaplan planning system for implementation and ongoing maintenance Support Talent Business Partnerships team in managing and making decisions on headcount, in and outside of planning cycles Execute monthly variance analysis against plan and prior year for headcount and cost across all cost centers Enhance planning process as needed to drive the most efficient and effective cycles Upload monthly headcount reports to ensure data accuracy Forecasting Forecast workforce costs and provide value-added analysis to ensure that Business & Talent leaders are equipped to make better decisions with regards to planning for both growth and cost containment strategies Support in organization design initiatives, including cost and headcount modeling to provide data-driven recommendations Reporting Regular position management audits for data accuracy & reporting in conjunction with Talent Operations and Talent Business Partnerships Manage Talent cost centers and annual budget including planning, chargebacks, accruals and all relevant expenses Responsible for successfully interacting with all stakeholders, locally and globally
