Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Content Develop innovative, high quality, moving image productions of all forms and across all platforms. Ensure they are delivered in line with Red Bull’s brand and editorial values and that Red Bull content stands out in a crowded media landscape. Project Management Ensures full transparency regarding project status and timelines. Manage all tasks and resourcing, using project management tool (AirTable), to ensure projects are up to date, tasks adequately assigned, and communication is clear and consistent. Define project scope, estimate and write scope of works and technical specifications. Work with Production Management team in the creation of project specifications, budget and timelines. Monitor the various processes of all assigned projects, overseeing production from the concept phase to delivery, actively taking part in production or post-production if need be. Serve as main point of contact between productions and internal stakeholders to facilitate communications, manage workflows, and ensure successful and timely delivery. Maintain management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.). Assess and mitigate project risk on an ongoing basis, escalate issues as needed. Lead project management of additional strategic initiatives, including the production of new business presentations and materials as directed. Ideation & Education Translate strategic objectives (business drivers, process, and needs) into actionable initiatives, ensuring that projects align with the defined holistic content strategy for Red Bull Media House North America. Educate internal stakeholders and manage their needs and expectations. Host demo sessions and drive internal evangelism of new formats and technology with other departments to inform concept ideation. Recommend measures to improve work processes, internal tools, policies, and overall quality of end product.
