Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Strategic Business Planning and Execution - Challenge top key accounts to outpace Business Unit growth; call on major small format retailers to leverage Red Bull’s assets and drive differentiation from competitors - Influence retail accounts to follow recommended promotional schedules and associated pricing - Construct annual Customer Marketing Agreements(CMA’s), manage associated funds for Key Accounts, evaluate Trade Investments and ensure account Decision Makers (DMs) are appropriately “Wired“ with Red Bull personnel - Partner with distribution network to maximize in-store presence and consumer impact - Own and manage trade investment budgets and consistently evaluates ROI to inform future spend - Allocate resources where the investment has the highest payback with strategically important customers - Drive post-promotion analysis following all programs to evaluate promotional effectiveness and in-store execution - Accurate forecasting of volume and spend with consideration of prior year performance - Consistently meet or exceed volumetric/revenue targets Coaching and Development - Grow, develop, and lead all direct reports consistent with Red Bull’s standard - Create a strong bench of future Red Bull leaders while ensuring career development for the entire team - Foster an environment of trust, empowerment, and accountability - Drive account managers to develop effective programs and key retail relationships - Coach and motivate direct reports for increased productivity through time in field, office, and meetings to implement Red Bull strategy Wire to Win - Develop and maintain business relationships with senior management across key retail partners - Ensure all accounts’ key decision makers carry a long-term focus on the energy segment with supporting strategies and tactics - Maximize the impact of Red Bull’s cross-functional support within SMSF’s chains by establishing deep ties between marketing and analytics departments - Communicates regularly and works effectively with all the BU/HQ teams. - Leverage the inputs of marketing and finance experts to develop strong plans and conceptual sells to the trade Customer Profitability Management (CPM) - Lead the business priorities, objectives, and results across CPM (a long-term business transformation process) as it relates to ALL Key Account processes. - Develop trainings and processes to ensure CPM becomes part of RBNA culture. - Continually seek for ways to improve and streamline.
