Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All DEVELOP & TRAIN THE BUSINESS Collaborate with business partners to ensure training content is aligned with Red Bull Distribution Company strategies and Talent Development standards. Use instructional design methods to determine the appropriate training modality, such as; one on one training, group classroom, workshops, e-learning, and virtual training, to best align with business needs. Assesses learning programs & instructor performance to recommend improvements to learning content and/or instructor presentation methods; may recruit, select, and train instructors. Facilitates classroom and individual training classes to support training initiatives. Develop sustainable solutions that generate results & are continually evaluated. Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives. Plans, develops, implements and administers HR career development programs for RBDC employees. Prepares and maintains a library of training content including PowerPoint presentations, guides, activities, videos, etc. DRIVE INNOVATIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS & COMMUNICATION Identify and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans. Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans using innovated new learning methods & technologies. Use communication tools to create & deliver content to support training initiatives. USE METRICS TO MEASURE THE PERFORMANCE OF TRAINING PROGRAMS Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, teams, and initiatives. Analyze metrics on the effectiveness of the training programs and modifies programs as needed. Evaluate the business KPIs compared to the training measures of success. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee frequently is required to walk and sit. Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
