Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Wings Team Program - Together with the Consumer Collecting Manager and FMM set clear goals that drives trial that engages new & infrequent users and expands the consumer base - - Together with Consumer Collecting Manager and FMM set clear goals to support sales and event initiatives in market. - Manage the recruitment process for your region; sourcing, hiring, onboarding and training - Coach, motivate and mentor Wings Team members to ensure a consistently positive consumer experience - Coach the WTM’S to continually reinforce best practices and delivery against the defined strategy (including regular shadow shifts that ensure perfect interaction execution) - Manage requests for the Wings Teams regarding sales support and sales drives within the region - Roll out and manage national & regional activation programs - Maintain of all team tools (uniform, promotional material, storage units, cars) - Coach and empower each Wings Team Member to play an active role in the planning process to ensure a constant flow of fresh mission ideas to grow user base - Network with local contacts and opinion leaders to generate broad reaching mission opportunities that are in line with strategy to grow user base. Indirect Trial - Identify regional opportunities to develop consumption of Red Bull and create a plan to reach these consumers - Manage the indirect sampling of consumers who attend our regional title events (from the development of tools to scheduling teams) - Collaborate with local cell to build 360 approach to all trial-based initiatives, including sales team, collegiate, events and activations. Sports, Culture, Collegiate & Communications - Support the FMM in developing and executing specific national and regional Red Bull owned programs - Build and activate relationships with key opinion leaders within sport, collegiate and culture - Support the FMM in building communications plans for local event activations Other - Manage the local WT budgets - Provide the FMM and National Consumer Collecting Manager with monthly reports - Support the FMM and cell in other relevant projects
