Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All DELIVER AND EXECUTE MARKETING PLANS IN THE PURE PLAY CHANNEL Collaborate internally with key functions in the Sales and Marketing organization to build holistic marketing programs (e.g. Consumer Activations) that that draft off of national priorities for Amazon.com and related Pure Play properties Effectively deliver best-in-class ‘always on’ marketing strategy, A+ content and ensure operational compliance for Amazon.com Leverage consumer & shopper insights to recommend the right marketing mix within the Pure Play channel (merchandising, promotions, advertising, content creation etc) PORTFOLIO STRATEGY Recommend optimal assortment strategy and product focus for the E-Commerce platform Maintain optimal assortment of existing products and create a product pipeline for new E-Commerce pack sizes and bundles (multi-packs, merchandise bundles etc) Oversee the commercialization process for new E-Commerce pack sizes and bundles by partnering with Sales, Finance and Operations MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE Partner with sales to establish process to measure total company eCommerce sales for both owned and non-owned accounts Establish post-mortem process to evaluate and improve promo and marketing effectiveness CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP Partner with Sales to look for opportunities to expand Red Bull’s E-Commerce footprint into additional high-potential customers and new-to-world formats Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team to support customer-specific marketing initiatives on .com platforms (e.g. Wal-Mart.com, Kroger.com) Partner with Advertising to find innovative ways of leveraging existing digital capabilities to create differentiated programs that engage consumers and increase brand relevance ECOMMERCE EXECUTIONAL STANDARDS AND BEST PRACTICE SHARING Interface to Global team to ensure consistency with existing standards, learn and apply best practices from other countries
