Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Customer Analysis Create templates and executive summaries to analyze brand & market trends Identify opportunity gaps in volume, share, pricing, promotion, shelf space and product distribution Track, measure, and communicate results from in-store merchandising initiatives. Participate in the coordination of activities essential to sales programs including development of sell sheets, communications to the field, execution tracking, etc. Category & Brand Analytics Generate reports with syndicated and internal sales sources to support Red Bull’s category development strategy Mine consumer/shopper data to develop insights and identify opportunities Assist the SCDM prepare category & brand analytics and insights for delivery to our primary contacts at the Customer Headquarter and Zone level Provide support to the field sales team by educating them on existing tools and addressing ad-hoc data requests as appropriate Coordinate efforts and communications within the team and the field to ensure all information and analytical requirements are met Provides analytical support with accompanying insights in the creation of Category Initiatives Support team needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and customer service Responsible for the management and maintenance of databases, reports, and applications both internally on IRi and external through Retail Link (Walmart) and Shiloh (third party) Space Planning Provide Space Management support to the Senior Category Development Manager and Walmart Merchandising Team Analyze planograms and make recommendations to improve category and brand performance Actively participate in Walmart’s Planogram development process Develop and present Planogram recommendations relating to merchandising tests and/or other requests from the customer Present business reviews and category insights both internally and externally
