Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All Business Unit Revenue and Profitability Management Work closely with the WEBU leadership team as a business partner to identify opportunities and insights that increase revenue, profitability and market share.
Provide analysis and tools to assess risks and opportunities within the key accounts, distribution and on premise channels.
Evaluate trade investments and prepare ad hoc analyses to support Business Unit decision making.
Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure they follow the marketing production guidelines.
Up-level the field business acumen to improve financial decision-making.
Planning and Analysis Manage annual budget planning process, ensure budgets are accurate, complete and delivered on time.
Provide key input and tools to drive increased planning accuracy during monthly sales forecasts meetings, business planning and revised estimates.
Create risk and opportunity analysis for business unit leadership, including trade spend analysis, cash flow analysis and BU performance dashboard.
Analyze monthly Point-Of-Sale (POS) reports to understand performance against forecast and any risk or opportunity.
Review and provide input on sales proposals for price promotions and incremental space.
Ensure indirect spends are accurately planned and opportunities for savings are identified and executed.
Process Efficiencies Review and identify improvements within routine processes such as month end close or planning and non-routine processes such as off cycle POS procurement.
Identify opportunities within various systems to provide solutions to reduce administrative burden and improved spend transparency.
Create best-in-class processes and support that exceeds internal customer expectations.
Provide trainings and use of collaboration to scale knowledge of the various tools and processes.
Compliance and Controls Ensure compliance with the Company’s accounting and treasury guidelines through communication and training.
Provide input on various company policies to ensure there is proper balance of control and efficiency.
Team Leadership Supervise two analysts and indirectly support the facilities function for the WEBU.
Act as a member of the WEBU leadership team driving empowerment and accountability within the field organization.
