The Talent Acquisition Lead will fuel Red Bull with extraordinary marketing talent across North America. Reporting to the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Lead will champion the recruitment of extraordinary Mid to Senior-level marketing talent. Proactively build and manage relationships with top marketing talent across the United States
Create and maintain talent pipelines for high demand positions
Support general talent acquisition needs of the business as necessary
 

Create the opportunity for strategic talent acquisition decisions Identify and prioritize organizational talent needs with hiring managers and HR business partners
Aid in the conception and management of special projects focused on the attraction and acquisition of top talent
Anticipate future talent requirements to support growth and/or new business initiatives
Maintain current market research on the marketing talent landscape and relevant industry dynamics
Provide the talent context to support “top talent” decisions for hiring managers
 

Provide a candidate experience consistent with Red Bull’s brand promise Own the candidate experience from start to finish
Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates
Seize every opportunity possible to “wow” candidates
Assist coordinators with scheduling and hosting candidates when necessary
 

Run an efficient and compliant recruitment process Own the full-cycle recruitment process from project kick-off to new hire onboarding
Drive the continuous improvement of marketing talent acquisition efforts by challenging the status quo and offering alternative solutions
Adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Maintain and support diversity recruitment strategies
