As an HR Administrator, you have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You must have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment! The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting HR administration, compliance with company processes and fulfilling internal requests. ·       Manage benefits administration including enrolments and terminations
·       Act as primary contact with third party providers (GWL, Ceridian) for payroll, RRSP and benefits administration
·       SAP inputs: new employee set-up, maintenance, monthly data checks, employee departures
·       Vacation liability tracking & system updates
·       Maintaining current employee records
·       Headcount: tracking and monthly reporting
·       Annual reporting support: legislated requirements (provincial, federal)
·       Employee user platforms data maintenance (training, performance management)
·       Employee engagement survey & other related initiatives – data inputs & reconciliation
·       Employee transfers & leaves – data collection & preparation for internal processes
·       Research support for HR policies, legislation, compliance & best practices
·       Organization chart maintenance
·       Logistics support as required for all HR meetings & employee trainings
·       Prepares employee letters (verifications, contracts, agreements)
·       Supports in the preparation of internal reports

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding ·       Post jobs on internal and external sites
·       Update and track job descriptions for all roles
·       Schedules interviews
·       Track applicants for all open roles
·       Administers onboarding paperwork to new hires (employee information, payroll & benefits required forms, policy acknowledgements)
