Development of local reporting that outline “why” and “what’s next”
Communication of consumer motivations and behavior to broader regional team
Clear understanding and communication of competitive environment
Development and refresh of regional consumer profile(s)
Identify opportunities to enrich understanding of consumer motivations, beliefs and behaviors to inform business planning and execution. 

PRODUCT MARKETING Ideation and execution of National Occasion, Beverage Initiative and Consumer Activations at the Regional level
Execution of local Big Moments in line with National Product Marketing direction
Communication and delivery of National Brand Objectives to the CCS community
Execution of National/Regional Business Plan
Input into National Plan and Regional requests during the BP process•
Protect brand equity by ensuring all local brand efforts are executed in line with Red Bull standards
Support the engagement of current and next generation consumers through sampling & collegiate marketing programs by partnering with Consumer Collecting Managers in the coaching & developing CCSs
