The Social Content team is at the center of Red Bull and Red Bull Media House. We create and nurture stories and innovation, which spark authentic connections with consumers all over the world. Our team is responsible for taking ideas, trends and real-time stories from idea to content with the end goal of educating and entertaining fans while creating brand value for Red Bull and Red Bull Media House. The Producer of Social Content is responsible for executing content across key verticals, tentpole moments, and daily content opportunities across the social content production team. Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with) Expand all Collapse All SOCIAL CONTENT EXECUTION Pitch and execute social content pieces to be distributed across all social media platforms
Work collaboratively with the creator network to hire the right talent to execute social vision
Gives notes to editors to ensure vision and timely turn around as well as content best practices
First touchpoint for project management- assign projects based on scope
Execute daily content by aligning with Supervising Producers on priority of content
Own content plans for assigned projects and social content pieces
Must understand consumer engagement and platform first when executing social content ideas
Partner with Programming and social content team to create content that is at the forefront of social conversation
Pitch unique series and formats to Supervising Producer of Daily Content
moments
Continually evolve Red Bull’s Content to be best in class while meeting ever evolving platform standards
Ensure consistency of message and brand values across multiple content types and playgrounds while tailoring each piece of content per platform, per audience
Execution and project management of projects from start to finish

CONTENT INNOVATION AND CROSS FUNCATIONAL EDUCTION Empower and guide the broader organization social production team to be charged with daily content based on trending topics, athlete/artist moments, Red Bull events and playgrounds
Work cross functionally to consult and support the business and their social content plans and deliveries with content plan support
Create innovative, forward-leaning multi-platform content that generates buzz and increases engagement for Red Bull’s Media Network
Meet with internal stakeholders (comms, community, brand, programming, RBMH) to determine best plans for social development across the business
Educate and coach all content teams to optimize all content to be more social, consumer centric, engaging and innovative
Create graphics/deck templates for internal presentations of “Best of” Social Content
Ensure close collaboration with Global counterparts, sharing best practices and seeking opportunities to extend content and series to a global audience
Ensure close collaboration with RBMH and RBNA to ensure consistency across all social content

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Own social content plans for assigned projects from the Social Content Team
Create a “Best of” Social content doc to consistently up-level all social content at Red Bull
Produce daily content and manage the production team on site
Own an analytics report of the social content team’s best posts of the week
Supervise/hire/oversee one off content production and deliverables by working with and meeting within internal stakeholders budget and timing
Contract out thought leaders and support the Creator network so they can be levered for content development
Advise and keep a rolodex of social agencies or creatives to be used for business needs and hires
Kick off meetings and be the brainstorm resource for the organization
Project ownership and advisory verticals
Work closely with Audience Insights to ensure consumer and platform insights are considered and incorporated into their content creation
Hold team accountable to Red Bull’s content standards and legal guidelines, without it getting in the way of innovation and creativity
