The primary responsibility of the Initiative Manager is to contribute to the business unit implementation, facilitation, translation, and leadership of Distribution initiatives identified as critical to Executional Excellence, an Engaged Field Force, and Differentiated Culture. Act as the super key user and subject matter expert across all targeted global, North American and Canadian Distribution initiatives. - Distributor capabilities assessment (i.e. Distributor Evolution) Action Plan implementation, facilitation, and accountability within all business units
- On-site support and onsite leadership of distributor capabilities assessment (aka Distributor Evolution)
- Local ownership Power Coaching / Power Management 18 month operational plan to facilitate culture, and promote continued distributor engagement translating to increased Perfect Store execution
- Retailer & Distributor Survey Action Plan implementation, facilitation, and accountability with all business units
- 1x month progress report against best practices, initiatives, and distributor network status
- Other duties as assigned (i.e. project lead on specific initiatives based on acumen
- Primary stakeholder for Wingtips platform. Build, source, and ensure institutionalization of content within the DP network

FIELD FORCE OPTIMIZATION - Subject Matter Expert on all Field Force Optimization related initiatives
- Decision support tools (i.e. Perfect Store & DRIVE) translation, facilitation, and leadership of targeted KPI and Insights to Action
- Change management through integration with RBCA Distribution field force in order to promote adoption of national strategies
- Contribute and facilitate routines with DPMs and GSMs and to capture supporting actors, and identify user adoption opportunities.
- Evaluate usage of tools and templates; and develop / implement appropriate tactics to deliver increased adoption (i.e. Power Insights)
- Deliver monthly KPI to support DP Planning strategies and field execution within all business units
- 1x month progress report against best practices, initiatives, and field force status

CROSS FUNCTIONAL - Work with Distribution Partners management to validate content distributed to broader Distribution team (help translate insight into action for distributor facing content)
- Collection of cross industry best practices aligned with department vision; integrate into recommendations
- Assist with development of Business Process Modeling to establish organizationally aligned routines for all levels of activity.
- Closely integrate with NAM team to identify execution opportunities through PSA and Wingtips integration

- Distributor Evolution support and leadership
- Distributor Evolution Action Plan tracking & delivery for 100% of BU DP
- Culture driver of Power Selling & Power Coaching including 18 month operational plan and 2x annual training leadership
- Retailer & Distributor Survey Action Plan delivery for 100% of BU DP
- PSA & DRIVE leadership of targeted goals and Insights to Action planning
- Adoption and Integration of Power Platform (Management, Insights, Coaching, Selling, etc.)
- Earn Your Wings Talent Development & delivery for 100% of DPM & DSMs
- DP Planning strategies (VIP)
