Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
Coordinate communication and change management

SUPPORT Act as the owner of the Ceridian DayForce system and active modules across payroll, benefits and human resources
Serve as the key user and support contact for North America’s talent applications, including core HR, recruiting, learning, and performance management
Update system documentation, user guides, and FAQs
Develop system training to onboard new Talent team members
Execute weekly data quality checks to ensure accurate data in North America’s core HR systems
Perform routine uploads and mass data updates
Assist with adhoc report requests as needed

ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPLEMENTATIONS Identify and address areas of opportunity within Red Bull’s talent systems to improve user experience and drive efficiency
Collect and submit improvement requests for global enhancement and upgrade cycles
Organize enhancement requests into projects where it makes sense
Perform configuration changes to accommodate evolving business needs
Coordinate thorough testing of enhancements to verify that they work properly
Support with implementation efforts

REPRESENT TALENT SYSTEMS WITH INTERNAL PARTNERS Partner with the global HR, HRIS, and IT teams to ensure global enhancements and changes meet local requirements
Collaborate with local IT team to ensure alignment and relevance of technology requests
Continuously collect feedback from talent leaders and team members to identify areas of opportunity

CURATE THE TALENT SYSTEMS PORTFOLIO Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of talent technology solutions while avoiding duplicative functionality
Simplify the talent application landscape where possible
Lead new technology evaluation efforts in partnership with the local IT team
Continuously seek out new systems solutions that could improve talent operations
Leverage automation opportunities wherever possible across Red Bull's talent processes
