Supports Sr. Sports Marketing Manager & Brand Managers in building out quarter and business plans.
LEADS EXECUTION OF ALL REGIONAL SPORTS EVENTS Leads quality event execution and production for all region Red Bull Sports events.
Fiscally responsible for event budgets on assigned projects.
Identifies and proposes sites for event properties based on local market needs and expected ROI.
Develops project plan, oversees its execution and leads the project team.
Oversees all elements of pre-planning and event execution.
Acts as the liaison between Red Bull and relevant local authorities to secure all appropriate authorization.
Ensures information is spread between team members and stakeholders.
Manages event budget - Works with Legal to construct contracts, puts contracts out for bid, assesses the
best proposals and negotiates best prices for all relevant partners / suppliers.
Sources and manages Event Production Companies and oversee all event logistics.
Works with media agency on development of Above-the-Line strategies and execution.
Partners with region communications team to maximize media outcome of key projects.
Works with Region Leadership and SaMo teams to inform region Sports Marketing strategy.
Works with Risk Management and Legal departments to facilitate all necessary agreements with outside
parties according to Red Bull standards.
SUPPORTS PRODUCT ACTIVATION Works with BMM’s and local sales teams to develop activation plans that drive relevance locally.
Organizes and manages distribution of event collateral for region.
Works with Region marketing leadership and 3rd-parties as necessary to develop new and innovative
branding solutions for events.
SHARE BEST PRACTICES Actively participates in meetings such as Brand Marketing Manager creative workshops and trainings to
gather and share learnings and align strategies.
Identifies and shares best practices across region marketing team and Sports department.
Drives ROI with Communications Manager to ensure proper communication (external) – includes creating
& managing content distribution of local initiatives to relevant channels. (viral, print, video).
