STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING & ANALYSIS
Contribute to the development & execution of long- and short-term business driving initiatives across sales and marketing functions of the Deep South Region.
Provide thorough analyses of business & marketing objectives, identifying both drivers & distractors, contributing to their success.
Develop reports, scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the GM in assessing Region performance; inclusive of quarterly and monthly business updates, LT business update (ad-hoc) and Region overviews for Senior RBNA & International Leadership.
Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis.
Centralize insights and contribute analysis, business and consumer, that support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Region business.
Develop exceptional relationships with Insights teams in Santa Monica to ensure that Region teams have the most current and actionable insights intelligence to inform planning and execution.
Develop expertise on all insights and data tools and resources (BI, IRI, Bull Checker, Dapsey, etc.) and be able to coach Field teams to functional usage.
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Evaluate proper utilization and allocation of resources across business segments and functions and recommend solutions that increase profitability.
Collect & review month end accruals with the Marketing teams.
Support GM at key financial milestones (Revised Estimate & Business Planning), ensuring accurate forecasting, planning & re-planning of financial resources.
BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
Work cross functionally and collaboratively with Region Leadership to evaluate & optimize current business processes and provide recommendations on improvements, automations or new capability opportunities.
Develop improvements to Regional Business Planning processes, driving more collaborative planning across departments.
Assist in the identification of performance gaps within Region business and recommend solutions to close gaps, increase efficiencies and business impact.
Partner with project leads of key Region initiatives to provide regular summaries on project statuses, timelines, deliverables and resource needs to GM.
